One of the Most Comprehensive, Cutting Edge, and Compassionate Integrative Cancer Management Centers in North America

To effectively manage cancer properly, you have to look beyond just chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery. At Infuze MD, we treat cancers of all stages by addressing all the major pathways that contribute to the growth and progression of cancer. By utilizing this comprehensive approach, we can expect a better outcome with a much better quality of life.

Dr. Abellera has developed the 10 Cornerstones of Effective Cancer Therapy, a blueprint for properly managing cancer. Whether someone has already been diagnosed with cancer or trying to prevent cancer, these 10 cornerstones set the foundation for you to follow so that you can lead the healthy life you were created to live.

Start at the foundational level and build upon that as needed.

1. Early Detection & Monitoring

Many of our clients didn’t realize they had cancer until they performed routine labwork. Some didn’t even have any symptoms. Aside from standard labs ordered during an annual physical exam, we can now perform advanced surveillance through ctDNA testing to identify risk of disease, detect recurrence, and understand treatment sensitivity for both chemotherapy and natural substances. All these tests are specific to your DNA and tissue sample.

If you have active cancer or are in remission, keeping a close pulse on tumor markers, inflammatory markers, and presence of circulating tumor cells is always recommended at least two times per year. Followup imaging may also be necessary depending on your situation.

2. Stop Making Cancer

Conventional therapies only address eliminating active cancer at that moment. However, more often than not, there is recurrence within 1-2 years. While it is usually is not too difficult to eliminate cancer, the goal is to keep you in a state of “no evidence of disease” (NED). The problem is that cancer likes to grow and multiply. In most cases, conventional therapies are not able to fully eliminate the cancer and a lot of times there are still undetectable circulating tumor cells. These can be left locally but can eventually make its way into the bloodstream causing metastases. This is what makes cancer so ominous and life threatening. In fact, 90% of all cancer deaths are from due to metastases, not the primary tumor.

So how do you stop making new cancer cells?

We have to remember that we are constantly being bombarded with toxins, whether it be environmental, oxidative stress, emotional, or from factors that are already living in our bodies. For this reason, we have to do everything we can to constantly detoxify on a cellular level (defensive), while attacking any residual tumors so they can no longer thrive (offensive). Dr. Abellera’s offensive / defensive approach is the perfect combination so that cancer doesn’t stand a chance.

3. Cellular Detoxification

As mentioned above, we are constantly bombarded with toxins. Some examples are environmental (exposure to pesticides and genetically modified food, heavy metals from seafood, EMF radiation from strong wifi and 5G signals). There’s really no escaping it.

Other examples are toxins from emotional trauma and oxidative stress. All these play a role in weakening the immune system, giving rise to the proliferation of cancer cells.

Then there are toxins that are already present in the body. These are things like amalgam fillings and root canals (believe or not dental health plays a big role in cancer), candida, and exposure to mold. Mold is very tricky and can make a person’s life miserable. The problem with mold is that it likes to hide deep within the cells and can be almost undetectable but the symptoms are present. At Infuze MD, we treat a lot of mold toxicity and there is a lot of overlap when it comes to treating mold and cancer.

We have to truly detoxify the cells so the “terrain” is clean, and we have to do this frequently and consistently because of the world we live in.

4. Starve Cancer Through Food

Part of Dr. Abellera’s defensive strategy is to weaken cancer cells by starving them. We can do this two ways: 1) eliminate the food source that feeds cancer and 2) cut off the network of blood vessels that carry nutrients to cancer cells.

In the 1920’s, Dr. Otto Warburg discovered that cancer feeds off sugar. This became known as the “Warburg Effect” and paved the way for ultra low carb diets, such as the ketogenic diet. Going on a full ketogenic diet can be very good, but its not sustainable and most people aren’t following it properly. In addition, a ketogenic diet can cause a lot of inflammation (another factor that promotes the growth of cancer cells). We can help determine the best possible type of nutrition plan for you that is not only effective, but also sustainable.

Remember, the goal is to keep you cancer free for the rest of your life. The other issue is restricting the ability for nutrients to get to cancer cells. Part of our strategy is to prevent angiogenesis or the formation of new blood vessels to these cancer cells.

Eventually, cancer cells become weak and have no choice but to die through a process called apoptosis (programmed cell death).

5. Restore Gut Health

Many people don’t realize how poor their gut health really is. Chemotherapy, radiation, and pharmaceutical drugs (especially antibiotics) can devastate your gut microbiome.

Maintaining optimal gut health during cancer is vital. The gut microbiome influences immunity, inflammation, and treatment response. Dysbiosis (microbial imbalance) might exacerbate side effects like nausea, diarrhea, and compromised immunity. A balanced gut can enhance nutrient absorption, mitigate treatment impacts, and potentially improve therapeutic efficacy. Promoting gut health through diet, prebiotics, probiotics, and our guidance could aid overall wellness, including impacting cancer outcomes.

As part of our cancer management plan for you, we will also make recommendations on what to do to restore your gut health.

6. Mind Body Healing

One of the biggest factors that leads to cancer actually manifesting is stress. Cancer generally takes about 10 years to start off as a single cell and then turn into full blown cancer. Many times a life changing event occurs in a person’s lives (divorce, death in the family, job loss, etc) that causes enough emotional trauma that their immune system takes a dip. Cancer cells take advantage of this and then grow uncontrollably. This has been the trend that we’ve seen with many patients at Infuze MD.

There’s nothing that can be done at this point because the cancer has already manifested. However, you can take steps to aid in the recovery and healing by addressing and eliminating some of the factors that continue to cause oxidative stress in your life. Part of our healing plan is to also focus on the mind. We utilize various nootropics and even a specialized form of passive neurofeedback to stimulate the appropriate neurotransmitters you need.

7. Take The Right Supplements

Oral supplementation plays an integral role in part of healing cancer. Its so easy to get overwhelmed by all the various vitamins, superfoods, and herbs that you hear about. Most people don’t know where to start or if it will even work. You also have to consider the purity of the supplement to make sure its not only effective, but doesn’t contain any toxic metals as fillers.

While we primarily treat cancer with IV therapies in clinic, the long term goal is for our clients to be on a maintenance plan that is heavily based on the appropriate supplements for their condition. We even have ways of testing various natural supplements against your own DNA to ensure that it resonates with your body and is effective.

Treating cancer is always an individualized approach and this also includes supplements. Not everything you hear about will be effective for you, even if there are other people that claim they were “cured” by taking a certain supplement. This simply is not the case. When we craft your personalized treatment plan, we will recommend the most effective supplements that are specific to you.

8. Advanced Cancer Therapies

As mentioned earlier, the most effective way to get the right supplements in the body is intravenously. When you take supplements orally, only a small percentage actually makes it into the blood stream. That number goes almost to 100% when you are receiving vitamins and nutrients directly in the bloodstream (intravenously).

We have access to various substances (natural and conventional) from Europe that are compounded to be administered directly into the bloodstream. While most people are under the impression they have to travel internationally to receive these treatments, almost all of them can be administered at Infuze MD.

In addition, we incorporate non-invasive therapies that also target cancer cells. Be sure to take a look at our cancer therapies for a list of most of the services we offer at Infuze MD.

9. Oxygen Therapies

It’s a well known fact that cancer cannot survive in an oxygen rich environment. Its quite simple. Flood your body with various forms of oxygen and cancer cells become weak and die. Dr. Otto Warburg discovered this more than 100 years ago, yet conventional medicine still hasn’t adopted this truth.

Oxygen can weaken cancer cells through a process called oxidative stress. When exposed to high levels of oxygen, cancer cells can experience an accumulation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) – molecules that contain oxygen and are highly reactive. ROS can damage cellular components, including proteins, lipids, and DNA, disrupting the normal functioning of cancer cells.

ROS-induced damage can trigger several responses that weaken cancer cells:

  1. DNA Damage: ROS can cause mutations and breaks in the DNA of cancer cells, interfering with their ability to replicate accurately. This can lead to genetic instability and hinder their growth.
  2. Cell Cycle Arrest: High levels of ROS can induce cell cycle arrest, preventing cancer cells from dividing and proliferating. This can slow down tumor growth.
  3. Apoptosis Induction: Excessive oxidative stress can trigger programmed cell death, known as apoptosis, in cancer cells. This eliminates damaged cells from the body.
  4. Inhibition of Signaling Pathways: ROS can disrupt signaling pathways that promote cancer cell survival and growth, making the cells more vulnerable to treatments.
  5. Impaired Energy Production: Oxidative stress can interfere with the cancer cells' ability to generate energy, weakening their overall metabolic function.
  6. Enhanced Sensitivity to Therapies: Cancer cells that are already stressed by oxidative damage may become more susceptible to various cancer treatments, including chemotherapy and radiation therapy.
  7. Immune System Activation: ROS can alert the immune system to the presence of abnormal cells, potentially enhancing the immune response against cancer.

10. Customized Immunotherapy

One of the most cutting edge and highly effective therapies one can do for cancer is customized immunotherapy peptides. We now have the ability to take a sample of your DNA through blood, urine, and tumor sample for analysis. Using AI driven technology, we can design immunotherapy peptides that are specific to you and created from your DNA. These peptides are administered over the course of 6-10 months (depending on the appropriate protocol) and the aim is to normalize the mutations in your DNA that caused the cells to become cancer in the first place. Thousands of patients with late stage and aggressive cancers of all types have successfully undergone this therapy with an overall response rate of 72%.

Dr. Abellera and Infuze MD are pleased to be 1 of less than 10 physicians in the United States that offers these life saving peptides.
